Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kompetensi generasi muda, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Lembaga pendidikan Islam, seperti Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menjaga relevansi ajaran agama di tengah pengaruh globalisasi yang cepat. Berbagai faktor eksternal, seperti budaya dan teknologi, seringkali menjauhkan generasi muda dari minat terhadap ilmu agama, termasuk pengajaran kitab-kitab kuning. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan perlu menerapkan metode pengajaran yang inovatif agar ajaran agama dapat diterima dan dipahami dengan baik oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kelas unggulan sebagai strategi untuk mempersiapkan calon guru yang kompeten. Melalui pendekatan inovatif, seperti presentasi diskusi dan sistem gugur ranking satu, siswa diharapkan dapat terlibat secara aktif dan meningkatkan keterampilan pedagogis mereka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Madrasah Diniyyah Al-Amiriyyah, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inovatif dalam kelas unggulan tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi ajar, tetapi juga membekali mereka dengan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menjadi guru yang berkualitas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan di lembaga Islam, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern, sambil tetap mengedepankan nilai-nilai tradisional dalam pendidikan Islam.
