Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran menghasilkan berbagai data yang berpotensi mendukung evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis bukti. Namun, pada praktiknya pemanfaatan data digital di madrasah masih lebih banyak digunakan untuk administrasi pembelajaran daripada sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan evaluatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan data digital dalam evaluasi pembelajaran serta mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasinya di MTs. Az-Zahra Selacau, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Mei 2026 dengan melibatkan lima informan yang terdiri atas Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kurikulum, tiga guru mata pelajaran, dan satu operator madrasah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data digital yang dihasilkan melalui Google Forms, Google Classroom, Google Drive, dan berbagai platform digital lainnya telah dimanfaatkan untuk evaluasi hasil belajar, pemberian umpan balik, remedial, pengayaan, dan refleksi pembelajaran. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih berada pada tahap data-informed evaluation dan belum berkembang menjadi learning analytics yang terintegrasi. Tantangan utama meliputi literasi digital guru yang belum merata, validitas data asesmen daring, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta belum adanya kebijakan kelembagaan yang secara khusus mengatur pemanfaatan data digital dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada perumusan tahapan pemanfaatan data digital di madrasah, yaitu digitalisasi administrasi evaluasi, data-informed evaluation, dan learning analytics sebagai arah pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis data.
