Dampak Konformitas Remaja Terhadap Tindakan Bullying di Kota Pasuruan

Perilaku bullying di Kota Pasuruan meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini diikuti oleh perilaku bullying verbal ataupun non verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas terhadap perilaku bullying pada remaja di Kota Pasuruan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di Kota Pasuruan sejumlah 15.936 remaja. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 168 yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan skala bullying dan skala konformitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai F sebesar 24,409 dengan signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,000 karena nilai Sig. < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh konformitas terhadap bullying. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh konformitas terhadap bullying, remaja di Kota Pasuruan diterima.
